Requirements:

• Experience in working with foreign partners;
• Understanding the principles of product funnels and basic conversion metrics;
• Excellent negotiation skills (spoken and written, in English, at least at the intermediate level);
• Ability to analyze, plan, manage several tasks at the same time, and systems thinking;
• Well-developed decision-making, self-organization, and strong communication skills;
• Constant striving for learning and growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the incoming stream of publishers;
• Participate in conferences and professional events, meet potential Aff1 partners;
• Maintain a trusting relationship and promptly resolve issues with current publishers;
• Motivation, to increase their effectiveness for the company;
• Discuss and continuously review affiliate advertising agreements (prices, creative materials, etc.);
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance and identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to increase revenue from affiliate programs;
• Prepare performance reports and analyze your activities to ensure a positive ROI;
• Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and promotional materials for partners.
